仰臥交替抬腿(scissor kick)目標鍛煉部位:腹部
仰臥交替抬腿(scissor kick)目標鍛煉部位:腹部
起始位置 :仰面躺下,你的 背部 緊貼地面或在運動墊下。雙臂完全延伸到兩側,手掌朝下。注意:雙臂整個練習過程是靜止的
膝蓋輕微彎曲,抬起你的腿,讓你的腳后離開地面約15厘米。
動作要領:抬起你的左腿高達約45度角,而你的右腿被降低,直到腳后跟離地面約5—10厘米
收緊腹部,上半身放鬆。
通過腹部力量提高你的右腿,並降低你的左腿,切換動作。
然后交替進行,記住在執行這個練習呼吸。
重復完成你的練習量
